Information Clause (GDPR)

In accordance with Art. 13 par. 1 and par. 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016, I inform you that:

  1. Data Administrator: The administrator of your personal data is Smart Software Solutions (3S), based in Bydgoszcz, at ul. Kossaka 51/49, Poland.
  2. Purpose of processing: Your personal data will be processed to respond to the inquiry sent via the contact form or application.
  3. Legal basis: Processing takes place based on your consent (Art. 6 par. 1 lit. a GDPR).
  4. Data recipients: Data will not be shared with external entities, except for entities authorized under the law.
  5. Storage period: Data will be stored for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or until consent is withdrawn.
  6. Your rights: You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
  7. Complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates GDPR regulations.

Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary to process the request.
